Our Leadership and Staff

Pastor Jeff and his wife Shellee accepted leadership roles at Lisbon First Baptist Church in May 2023 after moving back to Lisbon, where they lived previously for 30 years and raised their family. They have 2 married children and eight grandchildren.  Pastor Jeff was credentialed with the Assembly of God in 2022 after attending Trinity Bible College. Lisbon First Baptist was their home church for 10 years prior to serving in this role.

Jeff and Shellee currently serve Lisbon First Baptist and Forman Community Church. Jeff finished his career at Bobcat Company in October.  His current focus is preaching and mentoring. Shellee is an artist, teacher and mentoring. An integral part of their vision is to provide ministry opportunities and training to students and lay people of the church.
